The “Meal Times” widget gives guests clear information that is available whenever they need it. Breakfast and meal times for guests with catering.
How the Meal Times widget works
As a host, you can finish the setup in just a few minutes:
Choose the time model
Keep “Same times every day” on if the times are the same every day. Switch it off if they differ by weekday.
Enable meals and enter times
Tick “Enable” for every meal you offer and enter From and To.
Adjust weekdays
If times differ, copy the weekly times to all days with one click and change individual days.

All settings at a glance
This is how you set up breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only meals you enable are shown.
Meals
- Same times every day
- When ticked, there is just one row per meal that applies to the whole week. When not ticked, a table with all seven weekdays appears.
- Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Each meal has an “Enable” tick box and the times “From” and “To”. Guests only see enabled meals with their times. English-speaking guests see the times in 12-hour format.
Weekdays
- Apply weekly times to all days
- Only in the weekday table: copies the times from the weekly view to all seven days, after which you can adjust individual days.
- Clear all
- Only in the weekday table: resets every meal on every day (disabled, no time).
Visibility
- Show in QR Code
- Visible to guests who scan the QR code (public access)
- Show in Secure Link
- Visible to guests with the secure link (token access)
