The “Navigate” widget gives guests clear information that is available whenever they need it. A button that takes guests to an address of your choice with Google Maps.
How the Navigate widget works
As a host, you can finish the setup in just a few minutes:
Add the widget
Add the “Navigate” widget to your property in the dashboard.
Choose title and icon
Give the widget a title, for example “To the Ski School”, and choose an icon.
Search the address
Look up the destination with the address search and add a short text if you like.
Test the route
Click the button in the preview and check that Google Maps shows the right route.

The widget is built directly into the accommodation’s digital guest guide. Guests open GASTiNFO.EU via the QR code or their personal link.

All settings at a glance
The navigation widget takes guests with one button to an address you set, for example an attraction or your office. Title and address are required.
- Widget Title *
- The widget name guests see, for example “To the Ski School”. Required, up to 60 characters with a counter. If automatic translation is set up, a translation icon appears next to it.
- Widget Icon
- The widget symbol. The default is a navigation symbol; “Change Icon” lets you choose another one.
- Short Text
- Optional, up to 150 characters. The text appears above the button, for example a parking tip. The translation icon is available here too.
- Address *
- Required. Look the address up with the address search. At least the town or the postal code must be filled in, otherwise nothing is saved. Guests see a button “Show route” that opens Google Maps with the route to this address in a new tab.

- Show in QR Code
- Visible to guests who scan the QR code (public access)
- Show in Secure Link
- Visible to guests with the secure link (token access)
