The “Rental” widget gives guests clear information that is available whenever they need it. Rental offers like e-bikes or gear, with contact details for the provider.
How the Rental widget works
As a host, you can finish the setup in just a few minutes:
Add the widget
Add the “Rental” widget to your property in the dashboard.
Choose type and provider
Choose the kind of rental and whether you rent it out yourself or an external partner does.
Describe the offer
Enter the title, image and short description.
Add the details
For your own rental, prices and notes; for a partner, website, opening hours and location. Phone and email are possible for both.

The widget is built directly into the accommodation’s digital guest guide. Guests open GASTiNFO.EU via the QR code or their personal link.

All settings at a glance
The rental widget shows guests where and how they can rent, for example, an e-bike, skis or a SUP. Different fields appear depending on the provider. Without a title the offer is not shown.
General
- Rental type
- The kind of rental: e-bike, bicycle, ski, snowboard, sled, SUP, golf or other. Guests see it in the title, for example “E-Bike Rental”. With “Other” only your own title appears.
- Provider
- Who rents it out: “Own rental” (you) or “External partner” (a provider nearby). The remaining fields depend on this choice.
- Title
- The heading of the offer, for example “E-Bike Rental at the Farm”. Without a title the widget is not shown to guests.
- Image
- A photo of the offer (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB). Guests see it large above the title. You can remove it at any time.
- Short description
- A short description of up to 250 characters. If automatic translation is set up, a translation icon appears next to the field and guests read the text in their own language.
Contact
- Phone number
- Optional. Guests see a “Call now” button that dials the number directly, for example +43 123 456789.
- Optional. Guests see a “Send email” button that opens their mail app.
Own rental
- Prices
- Free text about prices, for example “Half day €15, Full day €25”.
- Availability note
- A free-text note about availability, for example “By appointment only”.
- Reservation required
- When switched on, guests see the note “Reservation required”.
External partner
- Website
- The partner's website, for example https://example.com. Guests see a “Visit website” button.
- Opening hours
- Free text, for example “Mon-Sun 8am-6pm”. Guests see it directly in the widget.
- Location
- Look up the partner's address with the address search and, if needed, refine the spot by moving the marker on the map. Guests see a “Show route” button that opens navigation to this point.
Visibility
- Show in QR Code
- Visible to guests who scan the QR code (public access)
- Show in Secure Link
- Visible to guests with the secure link (token access)
