The “Rate Your Stay” widget gives guests clear information that is available whenever they need it. Review links to Google, TripAdvisor & co. for feedback after the stay.
How the Rate Your Stay widget works
As a host, you can finish the setup in just a few minutes:
Add the review links
Paste the link to your TripAdvisor and/or Google profile. At least one is required.
Choose the satisfaction pre-check
Optionally enable the pre-check: happy guests go to the review pages, unhappy guests write to you privately.
Visibility and preview
Decide where the widget appears and test the buttons in the preview.

Direct links to review platforms
Guests will be directed to your TripAdvisor and/or Google review pages. Reviews cannot be submitted directly through this widget due to platform restrictions.

Ask guests "How was your stay?" first. If positive, direct to review sites; if negative, offer private feedback form.

All settings at a glance
The ratings widget sends guests to your review pages. Guests cannot post a review here, because the platforms do not allow it. Enter at least one of the two links, otherwise the widget shows nothing.
- TripAdvisor Review URL
- The link to your review page on TripAdvisor, for example https://www.tripadvisor.com/UserReview-... Guests get their own button for it.
- Google Review URL
- The link to your review page on Google, for example https://g.page/r/... or https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=... Guests get their own button for it.
- Enable satisfaction pre-check
- If ticked, we first ask guests how their stay was (thumbs up or down). On a positive answer, the review links appear. On a negative answer, guests can write private feedback. It does not go to the platforms but to you, by email and under “Feedback” in the dashboard. Without the tick, all guests see the review links straight away.
