The “Contact” widget gives guests clear information that is available whenever they need it. A direct way for guests to reach you – by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How the Contact widget works
As a host, you can finish the setup in just a few minutes:
Enter contact methods
In the dashboard, enter the phone number, email and/or messenger accounts guests should reach you on. You don't have to fill in everything.
Choose what is displayed
Under “Show contact details”, tick every contact method whose number or address guests should see as text.
Availability and visibility
Optionally enter when you are reachable and decide whether the widget appears in the QR code and the secure link.

All settings at a glance
These are all the fields of the contact form in the dashboard. Everything is optional: a button only appears for the contact methods you fill in. If nothing is filled in, the widget shows nothing.
Contact methods
- Phone
- Your phone number with country code, for example +43 123 456789. Guests tap the round phone button to call you directly.
- Your email address. The button opens the guest's mail app with a new message to you.
- Your WhatsApp number with country code. The green button opens a WhatsApp chat with you.
- Messenger (Facebook)
- Either just your Facebook username or the full Messenger link starting with https://. The button opens the chat in Messenger.
- Signal
- Your Signal phone number with country code. The button opens a Signal chat with you.
- Telegram
- Your Telegram username with @ (for example @yourname) or a Telegram link. The button opens the chat.
Display
- Show contact details
- One tick box per contact method (Phone call, Email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal, Telegram). Ticked: the number or address is shown as text next to the button. Not ticked: only a short label. Every contact method you fill in always gets its button.
- Availability
- A time range, for example 08:00 to 20:00. It only appears when both times are filled in. Guests using English see it in 12-hour format.
Visibility
- Show in QR Code
- Visible to guests who scan the QR code (public access)
- Show in Secure Link
- Visible to guests with the secure link (token access)
